Shipping policy

Your order will be picked and carefully packed as soon as we receive it, ready to be sent out between Mondays – Saturdays via Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 3 – 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email letting you know your item is in transit, along with your Australia Post Tracking number.

If your product does not meet your expectations and you believe it is faulty; please contact us directly via email at mrsnargar.co@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include details such as place of purchase, a detailed description of the problem with our product and pictures.

If your parcel has been damaged during transit also include pictures of the inside and outside of the parcel. A replacement will be sent out to you at our discretion. We do not offer a refund or replacement for change of mind.
