If your product does not meet your expectations and you believe it is faulty, please contact us directly via email at hello@mrsnargar.co within 7 days of purchase.

Include details such as place of purchase, a detailed description of the problem with our product and pictures. If your parcel has been damaged during transit. also include pictures of the inside and outside of the parcel.

A replacement will be sent out to you at our discretion. We do not offer a refund or replacement for change of mind or wrongly purchased items.
